Another one for the forums over at OcUK, a mix of dark and light, my personal favorite.
Tested in Firefox Dev, 100% pixel perfect.
Vivaldi has a white line to the left of the banner, impossible to get rid of, no idea why, guess that browser just renders poorly.

You will need stylish extension as usual and this doesn't have a direct inline install link for userstyles.org due to the code being too large to upload there (ridiculous), so manual install only.
